Learn about them. And then in that discussion share about yourself and think about the time that you have been different or that you felt different, or that you felt isolated. The more you share, the more you’re going to learn about other people and the more you’re going to build upon it. Those are the first moments that help build true sponsorship, where you’re then creating opportunities for people.”
