Respond flexibly

The ability to deal with the ups and downs of life can sometimes be a huge challenge to face. Being flexible when it comes to our mental health is a skill we should all work on individually in order to take on the inevitable changes of life. The cognitive ability to have flexibility towards how we approach situations will enable us to adjust much easier to different challenges and situations when they arise. Whether it’s moving house, beginning a new job, or starting a family, be able to respond flexibly allows us to enjoy the change, grow together and allow the response to be positive rather than a challenge. Take a few minutes to think about how you can be more flexible in your approach to work and at home.
