Monitor Your own mental health

It is estimated that one in four adults will have a mental health problem at some point in their lives which highlights more than ever that we should all be aware of changes going on within our mental state. Notice your signs: low mood, lack of drive, change in sleeping habits, inability to complete tasks. Recognizing these changes will allow you to be in control and seek support from those you trust earlier.
