Keep moving

Engaging in daily physical activity is said to be one of the most important changes we can make to feel a better sense of physical and mental wellbeing. As little as 30 minutes a day can have real benefits. Consider starting a moving lunch group with your colleagues where for at least half of the break you are physically active, whether it be walking, cycling or a yoga class, or consider making one of your work meetings a walking meeting. Ask your company to invest in making sure those working in hybrid positions are not excluded, and that they can join in virtually to stay connected.
