Address the challenges of virtual onboarding

Onboarding is much more likely to now take place virtually, so processes need to be robust to ensure new employees get a true sense of what the expectations of the organization are from the beginning of their journey. Devise a way that all team members can get involved in the onboarding journey so the process runs smoothly. Encourage members of the team to become virtual mentors and allow them to produce a roadmap of policies and processes to help their new colleague understand the values of the company and a shared way of working.
